Management! This internship offers hands-on experience in managing employee relations, learning

environment.You Day-to-DayIndustrial Relations:
xe2x97x8f Support the team in executing industrial relations processes, including addressing employee
concerns and supporting conflict resolution.
xe2x97x8f Participate in compliance audits and help maintain alignment with labour laws and HR policies.
xe2x97x8f Support initiatives that promote positive labour relations and improve employee engagement.Employee Relations:
xe2x97x8f Collaborate with the IR/ER team to address employee grievances effectively and fairly.
xe2x97x8f Assist in documenting performance evaluations and implementing performance improvement
plans.
xe2x97x8f Help in planning and executing employee engagement programs to foster a positive work
environment.Data Analytics & Reporting:
xe2x97x8f Collect and analyze information related to employee relations, such as grievance patterns and
disciplinary cases.
xe2x97x8f Contribute to the preparation of reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights into key
People & Culture metrics.Performance Management:
xe2x97x8f Assist in tracking employee performance metrics and identifying underperformance trends.
xe2x97x8f Support the preparation and delivery of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs), including
drafting PIP correspondence and follow-up documentation.
xe2x97x8f Participate in performance review processes and contribute ideas for process improvements.Training & Awareness:xe2x97x8fSupport the creation of training materials for managers on handling employee relations issues
and disciplinary topics.
xe2x97x8f Participate in workshops and training sessions, gaining exposure to compliance and employee
management best practices.You Know-How
xe2x97x8f Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
xe2x97x8f Strong interest in industrial relations, compliance, and employee engagement.
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
xe2x97x8f Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
xe2x97x8f Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
xe2x97x8f Gain hands-on experience in a real-world HR environment.
