Job Post Summary Internship - Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
Welcome and escort guests to their tables with warm hospitality. Present menus, explain specials, and take food & beverage orders. Serve meals and drinks while ensuring excellent guest service. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle feedback. Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining environment. Assist in preparing drinks and setting up tables for service. Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the restaurant. Participate in daily briefings, team training, and service upselling.
