• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services to potential customers.
• Create engaging and informative content for our website and social media platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and campaigns.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues related to our logistics services.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our sea and air shipping LCL, money transfer solution, and full container service.
• Communicate with clients and suppliers in China to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Assist in maintaining customer databases and records.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and customer service teams as needed.

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in logistic, marketing, business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with social media platforms.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the logistics industry and/or experience in international trade is a plus.
