You will learn a lot in property investing, property managing as you will be handling [almost] most of of the operations.

From leasing, to negotiating, to closing deals with tenants & landlord, to handling contractors & investors: the only requirement we need is for you to be interested in the property market!

You will also have the chance to purchase [possibly your first] property at good deal.

Our vision is to create a bridge for tenants to get a comfortable co-living place to stay after a tiring whole day; and landlords to get a hassle-free tenant

Company type: Young, energetic, exciting, result-oriented

Work hour: 9am to 6pm (include break)
  • Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Business management, Marketing, Business or any relevant field
  • Successful completion of introductory courses in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
  • Familiar with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
  • Comfortable with multitasking in deadline-driven environment
  • Able and brave to communicated with different people.
  • Self-started with the ability to work independently
  • Possess your own laptop and transportation is a plus

As an intern you will:
  • Receive responsibilities from Day 1 - You will start of working on key areas from the beginning. Over time, as you expand your impact on the business, your responsibility and ownership of a area will quickly grow

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a productive long term relationship with your customer
  • Acquire deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • To provide marketing support to the team
  • To follow up with clients, and provide consultation & recommendation
  • To guide clients in their rental journey
  • Daily posting to several online platforms
  • Collaborate closely with teams from other departments
  • Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams
