You will learn a lot in property investing, property managing as you will be handling [almost] most of of the operations.
From leasing, to negotiating, to closing deals with tenants & landlord, to handling contractors & investors: the only requirement we need is for you to be interested in the property market!
You will also have the chance to purchase [possibly your first] property at good deal.
Our vision is to create a bridge for tenants to get a comfortable co-living place to stay after a tiring whole day; and landlords to get a hassle-free tenant

Work hour: 9am to 6pm (include break)
Currently pursuing at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Business management, Marketing, Business or any relevant field
Successful completion of introductory courses in Marketing, Business, or equivalent
Familiar with managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
Comfortable with multitasking in deadline-driven environment
Able and brave to communicated with different people.
Self-started with the ability to work independently
Possess your own laptop and transportation is a plus

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a productive long term relationship with your customer
Acquire deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
To provide marketing support to the team
To follow up with clients, and provide consultation & recommendation
To guide clients in their rental journey
Daily posting to several online platforms
Collaborate closely with teams from other departments
Resolve any issues and problems of your clients and act as a link between your customer and the internal teams
