Job Description
Able to learn and demonstrates extensive knowledge of company products/service offerings, & apply this knowledge during customer interaction\xc2\xb7 These are the skillsets we are looking for but they are not compulsory and not limited to the following:
- Experience in working with multiple people in a team
- Good command of English and a second language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Independent

- Good time management
- Optional to own a transportation (Office near LRT)
- Addressing customer inquiries about the product, service, and company by gathering and evaluating necessary information to provide accurate responses
- Handling and ensuring timely execution of orders and product requests
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer queries, and suggesting solutions to problems
- Monitoring common customer concerns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to propose solutions
- Actively contributing to discussions about the company\'s operations
