REQUIREMENT 1.Candidate must process at least Diploma/Bachelor in Business Management, Human Resource Management or any equivalent. 2.Computer literacy and familiarized with SQL Payroll and Accounting System is an advantage 3.Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. 4.Required language: English, Mandarin and Malay 5.Able to work independently 6.Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. 7.Familiarity with basic accounting principles. JOB SCOPE: 1.Knowledge in Accounting, handling and monitoring on account payable and account receivable. 2.Responsible for daily accounting duties for cash book entry and journal entry 3.Responsible for full spectrum of HR Functions 4.Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes & Liaise with customers on billing issues. 5.Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc. 6.Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc. 7.Preparing monthly financial reports. 8.Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
