to become an integral part of our Human Resources department. This internship offers comprehensive, hands-on exposure to the core functions of HR, from full-cycle recruitment to essential administrative and employee relations support, all within a challenging yet supportive environment.
Core Responsibilities
As an HR Representative Intern, you will be actively involved in supporting key people operations, including:
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:
Actively supervise and participate in the
entire recruitment process
.
Assist in
creating compelling job descriptions
and
posting opportunities
on various job boards.
Source, screen, and arrange interviews
for candidates.
Manage
offer management
and conduct
reference checks
when required.
Search for internship coordinators
from universities, colleges, and other institutions to build talent pipelines.
HR Administration & Operations:
Assist the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Maintain accurate
employee records
(attendance, punctuality, etc.) according to company policy.
Input new employee information
and update existing employee details in company databases from time to time.
Assist in
attendance and leave management
processes.
Employee Relations & Development:
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues, including assisting in key disciplinary matters in the system.
Respond professionally to
staff inquiries
regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
Assist in
training & development programs
and initiatives.
Ad Hoc Support:
Assist the HR Manager and HR Personnel on various ad hoc assignments, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Academic Background:
Possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in
Human Resource Management, Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, Psychology
, or an equivalent field.
Mindset & Drive:
Must be
confident, caring, and hungry for challenges and growth opportunities
.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills
are required, both
written and spoken, in English and Bahasa Malaysia
.
Work Ethic:
A
hands-on
approach with a willingness to be closely involved in managing operational tasks and contributing to decision-making.
Experience:
No prior professional work experience is required

Commitment:
Able to commit to a schedule of
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am until 6:00 pm

Duration:
A minimum internship period of
3 months
