Job Description


  • Applicants must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English/ Mandarin / Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 3 months internship duration
  • With own transport is preferable

Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team with the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Evaluate the match between the candidates and the job opportunities
  • Work closely with superior to provide administrative support, such as daily report, recruitment trackers, attendance trackers, etc.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
