1-To provide on-site servicing including driver / hardware installation for printer / photocopier. 2-Photocopier troubleshooting (replacement of drum, blade, toner & other potential issues) & rectify the major OEM printers 3-In-house maintenance (printer / photocopier reconditioned) 4-To provide direct technical support for desktop, laptop, printer and other IT hardware accordance to requirements and SLA 5-Troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, installs, and performs testing activities on various computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, and computer network systems 6-Completes work orders such as installing, connecting and moving equipment 7-Experience with installation, configuring and troubleshooting wireless technologies 8-Manage asset tracking for hardware and software inventory 9-Install and support authorized software Job Type: Internship
