Core Responsibilities
As an IT Support Intern, you will be actively supporting the team in technical, operational, and data-related functions:
Technical Support & Maintenance:
Support the IT team in
maintaining hardware, software, and other systems

Assist with
troubleshooting issues
and providing prompt
technical support
to all internal users.
Organize and maintain IT resources
, ensuring efficient inventory and accessibility.
Resolve user issues and provide system support through dedicated
help desk services

Advanced IT & Automation:
Provide operational assistance in various technical domains, including
cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
.
Develop automation
solutions using the company's provided platform to streamline processes.
Retrieve total sales information
through the Telegram platform for data reporting needs.
Operational Excellence:
Demonstrate
excellent hands-on skills with an eye for details
in all tasks.
Complete
ad hoc tasks
as assigned by the supervisor, showing flexibility and a willingness to learn.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Academic Background:
Possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Intelligence
, or an equivalent technical field.
