Job Description
- Currently enrolled in a IT Technology, software, and related or recent graduate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assisting with a technician to QC products and solutions.
- Support for the IT department and help to manage the awarded projects.
- Responsible for the end-to-end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers.
- Participating in team meetings and discussions.
- Completing assigned projects within specified deadlines.
- Communicate, interact, and entertain customers\' questions politely and professionally.
- Perform hardware and software installation, setup and configuration, troubleshooting and day-to-day maintenance.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
