Job Description
As an intern, you will be supporting our F2F and virtual events/meetings for our various energy clients across the Asia pacific Region.
What you'll be doing throughout the internship:
Virtual Events
- Opportunity to serve as a host/moderator using platforms such as Microsoft Team, Zoom and Webex
- Gain experience in using live chats/game-based platforms to make the training sessions more lively and interactive
- Opportunity to act as a Master of Ceremony (MC)
- Help with the registration process and manage the event flow
- Assist in pre and post-event preparation for both F2F and virtual events
