• Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma
• Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Clonezilla or similar imaging software.
• Understanding of PC hardware components and their functions.
• Familiarity with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware and software issues independently.
• Communication Skills: Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and end-users.
• Work Ethic: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Johor Bahru.
• Availability: Able to commit to a 2-month internship period.

Tanggungjawab

• PC Restoration: Assist in restoring desktop PCs to optimal working conditions by troubleshooting and repairing hardware or software issues.
• Operating System Installation: Reinstall Windows OS, ensuring proper configurations and updates are applied.
• Reformatting PCs: Perform disk formatting to prepare PCs for new installations.
• PC Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve common PC hardware and software problems.
• Software Installation: Install, configure, and test various software applications as per the organization's requirements.
• Reimaging: Use tools like Clonezilla or other imaging software to reimage PCs efficiently.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct preventive maintenance on desktops to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of issues resolved and procedures followed for future reference.
