Currently pursuing a Diploma in Engineering (Planning,Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical/Electronics) or related fields.
Basic understanding of production or manufacturing processes.
Ability to learn
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or company-specific systems).
Strong data entry and documentation skills.
Able to read simple technical drawings (added advantage).
Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Production Operations
Assist in monitoring daily production activities and ensuring smooth workflow.
Support machine setup, basic operation, and troubleshooting under supervision.
Record and update production data accurately.
Material Handling
Assist in
material withdrawal
from the store based on production requirements.
Learn and perform basic
ERP system transactions
such as:
Material request & withdrawal
Stock check-in/check-out
Work Order (WO) material issuance
Ensure accurate documentation for material movement to avoid discrepancies.
Documentation & Reporting
Update daily production reports, checklists, and records.
Assist in revising Work Instructions (WI), SOPs, and related documents.
