Job Responsibilities

Assist in daily QC operations (in-process & finished goods inspection) Conduct sampling, testing, and documentation Assist in verifying compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO, MeSTI & Halal requirements Maintain cleanliness and safety within QC working areas Support QA/QC team in routine tasks and continuous improvement projects Prepare QC reports and data recording Conduct warehouse stock inventory checking Assist in product development activities Carry out sensory evaluation for product testing Oversee production operators to ensure compliance with SOP Perform basic machine checking for hygiene and operation readiness

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or related fields Basic understanding of QC/QA processes is an advantage Good communication and analytical skills Able to work independently and in teams Willing to learn & detail-oriented
