Responsibilities : Assist in executing online marketing strategies (including marketing mix strategies) across all online platforms to ensure business growth. Support the Sales & Operations department on product uploading. Assist to engage with customers and provide excellent customer service through online platforms. Assist superior to arrange appointments session and update viewing schedule. Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth running operations. Monitor and maintain a good record system for all admin and confidential matters. To undertake any ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by management as and when required. Requirements : - Candidate must possess a Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management/Marketing/Business/relevant. Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results-oriented. Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people is an added advantage. Candidates fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin speaker client. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duration of internship period minimum 12 weeks.
