Job Responsibilities

• The main job is not only to FB Facebook online existing customers, but to take the initiative to communicate and coordinate, to carry out business follow-up
• Assist customers in handling matters via phone, email and chat support
• Build and maintain good relationship with customers
• Update all ongoing and unresolved issues and status in a timely manner
• Handle and resolve customer issues and follow up on all matters within a short period of time

The people we want

• Candidates must have at least a high school / STPM / "A" / Pre-U qualification in any field or above
• Familiar with using computers and Facebook Business, Microsoft Office, etc.
• Preference will be given to students and applicants who have studied online advertising copywriting / media planning or live streaming / online sales equivalent

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months Salary: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month Schedule:
