Job Description


  • Minimum of Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Basic organizational abilities are required to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is important for maintaining accuracy in sales documents and records.
  • assist in handling customer inquiries and support requests, so having a customer-centric approach is beneficial.
  • Having a positive attitude, a willingness to take on challenges, and a proactive approach to tasks are highly valued qualities in an intern.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to, preparing sales documents, reports, and presentations
  • Aid in processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in managing and updating customer databases and sales records.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and events.
  • Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions with innovative ideas and suggestions.
  • Others task assigned by management.
