• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Tourism, Business Studies, Administration or similar relevant field
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Hands on experience with computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Canva, Capcut )
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Sales and marketing managers plan, direct and coordinate the sales and marketing activities of an enterprise or organization, or of enterprises that provide sales and marketing services to other enterprises and organizations.
• Liaise with travellers regarding bookings, schedules and insurance
• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
• Update sales report and send to specified receiver daily/monthly
• Prepare tourist or visitor information
• Collaborate on marketing planning
• Assist team members with the creation of content for social media platforms
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in sales activities such as direct response and event
• Other duties assigned by superior related to tourism business
