RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front desk management: handle incoming calls (answering, screening, redirecting) and greet visitors
Monitor and update daily staff attendance
Assist in general administrative and clerical work
Handling purchase order for office Supply ( Stationery and Groceries)
Ad-Hoc duties and other administrative work as assigned
Assist with staff claims and reimbursements
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates
Perform ad-hoc and other assigned administrative tasks

Pay: RM800.00 per month
