The HR & Admin Intern will support daily human resources and administrative operations. This role provides hands-on experience in HR processes, office administration, and employee support while assisting the HR & Admin team in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Support
Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents (employment letters, memos, attendance reports, etc.)
Support training and development activities
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events
Administrative Support
Support general office administration and filing systems
Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record keeping
Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
