Job Description

Suzuki Malaysia Automobile was established in December 2004 to import and market Suzuki automobiles. It began selling Suzuki automobiles in Malaysia in May 2005 as an authorized distributor is currently looking for young, dynamic and energetic students for internship placement.

Departments available:



General Affairs Human Resource

:



To assist department on overall administration work. To check staff attendance for the department and prepare summary, when necessary. To assist in arranging staffs claims such us medical, toll, phone bill, transportation, etc. To support related works in the Department. To get involved in department activities/initiatives. To maintain good filing system and update records, where applicable. Other responsibilities that fit for the Intern under surveillance of full-time staff. Any other tasks assigned by the Company as and when required.

Requirements:



Possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Master in any related field. Good communication skills & computer skills. Open minded and willingness to learn new things. Computer literate in MS Outlook, Microsoft Words, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Knowledge in any software/app is added advantage. Fast learner, good attitude, willingness to learn and perform extra miles. Able to work at Glenmarie, Shah Alam and Bukit Raja. Have a pleasant personality. Have transportation to work.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM400.00 per month
