Task:

• Support recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Learn and apply best practices in talent acquisition.
• Coordinate orientation session, meetings & taking dictation and minutes.
• To support overall HR department on special project assignments & ad hoc functions and events (e.g. career fairs)

• Support with planning and actively involved in execution of yearly HR Engagement Activities
• Assist with HR related digital improvement project (e.g. Be-savvy)
• Assist with survey preparation and analysis for HR department

• Candidate that is pursuing a Bachelor in Human Resource
• Preferable 6 months of internship compulsory commitment.
• Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skill(s): Strong Communication skill, collaborative skill, Analytical skills. Power Bi will be added advantage/intermediates skill in Excel
