Key Responsibilities:

Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues. Support network upgrades and security measures. Maintain network documentation and collaborate on IT projects. Participate in network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and VPNs. Hands-on experience with brands like Cisco, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Juniper, Aruba, etc. Assist in network deploying according to design document inclusive but not limited to Core Switch, Aggregation Switch, Access Switch, Firewall, Router, Wireless AP, Wireless Controller, Network Access Control etc. Server Setup and Provision Support and Monitoring

Qualifications

:

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Basic understanding of networking concepts, IP addressing, protocols, and technologies. Basic knowledge of server components (CPUs, RAM, storage). Familiarity with network hardware such as routers, switches, and access points. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network security principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.

Pay: RM300.00 - RM800.00 per month
