- Create and develop video content for customer stories and other enterprise-wide projects. - Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects. - Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables. - Plan video shoots; scout/recce, select and reserve shoot locations. - Develop production schedules. - Monitor projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organising raw media, media management and archiving project media. - Read, research and assess ideas and finished scripts. - Troubleshoot problems that arise during production. Requirements: - Positive and good work attitude, energetic, ambitious and result-oriented. - Strong communication and people skills. - Ability to adapt, manage changes and cope well under pressure. - Strong time and resource management skills. - Organisation and planning skills. - Required Language(s): Mandarin, English is a plus point. - Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Art/ Design. Creative Multimedia or equivalents. - Willing to work in JB, Sutera Utama and travel. - Possess own transport. *Work involves regular unsocial hours at weekends and in the evenings.
