About the job Junior Producer

Who are we?

Our client is \xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbfa one-stop centre for digital content production which offers creative animation using vibrant colours, fun characters and adventurous storylines, and they are looking for a Junior Producer who understands \xef\xbb\xbffilm and TV production process and budget management to be a part of their creative team!

s:

• Strategic growth planning including development of go-to-market strategies, programs and countermeasure plans to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.
• Management and development of existing and/or new sales channels.
• Be a creative lead in the overall content strategy for each market, including content curation production, optimization, marketing and distribution.
• Develop, pitch and ensure a consistent slate of original IPs throughout the year.
• Constantly bring in or create new IPs for production from a variety of innovative sources.
• Compile extensive analysis and creative notes at all phases of production (from pre- production-post production) to provide internal stakeholders and external vendors with clear and concise feedback and updates.
• Lead and oversee the reformatting and localization of acquired content to meet all creative and business goals and targets.
• Manage production budgets and manpower planning.\xef\xbb\xbf

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communication, Advertising & Design (Animation) or its equivalent.
• At least 2 years of video production/animation production experience.
• Excellent communication skills, preferred both verbal and written.
• Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.

Working Hours
5 days & alternate Saturday | 10am - 6pm

Remuneration
RM 4,000 - RM 6,000
