Job Responsibilities:

To monitor competitors\xe2\x80\x99 campaign and provide reporting.
To work closely with FB agency to collect and verify customers\xe2\x80\x99 database information and enquiries.
To assist in handling festive campaign POSM and deployment for showroom.
To assist in POSM inventories and stock count on monthly basis.
To assist in proof reading PR and POSM materials prior to publications on Web and print.
To assist in vehicles management, allocation and monitoring for campaign and test drive usage.
To assist in filing of regional marketing documents after approval by management.
To assist in preparing report for regional marketing dealer\xe2\x80\x99s analysis.
Assist in collect, update and verify database collected through company marketing campaign.
To check with suppliers and dealers on POSM billing and to liaise with Finance on clearance.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess Degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant program.
Candidate must have good knowledge in Marketing and Business operations knowledge.
Candidate must have good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications.
Candidate must have good planning skills and follow up skills.
Candidate must be able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.
