Job Description

To assist on:- * General administration duties such as paperwork, preparation of marketing budget, sponsorship/CSR reports, gifts reports, general claims, liaise/handle General Purchase Order for Suppliers, prepare press coverage/guide book for internal and external for Marketing/social media, Compiling MJ Cards Gift lists inventory control for store and update new VIP Supreme card. * Arrange and prepare distribution of marketing/social media materials such as mailers, flyers, paper bags, festive packets, press kit for Media/PR. Maintain office filing and office supplies. * Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents as per task given by HOD or reporting head. * Plan and execute in-store activation strategies and event campaigns to increase brand awareness and boost sales. * Invoicing \xe2\x80\x93 Prepare/Monitor and type General Purchase Order/SPRF etc. For suppliers/vendors for Marketing and social media. * Photocopying and printing various documents. Sorting and distributing incoming post and organizing and sending outgoing post if necessary. * Coordinate and prepare letter/memo Loan of Merchandise to all stores for media, magazine, tv station etc. * To arrange for distribution Festive Season \xe2\x80\x93 example \xe2\x80\x93 CNY/Raya/Christmas for Mailer/Catalogue/Flyers/Packets/Paper Bags to HOD/Directors/Landlord/Business Partners etc. * To assist and handle by call/email invitation/email to Press/Media/Business Partners/Landlord/Supplier with colleague on their big projects (Promotion/Fashion Show/Events etc.). Additional \xe2\x80\x93 Coordinator / Event Planning and Coordination * Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align marketing activities with business objectives. * Manage logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships for in-store activations and events. * Collaborate with designers to create compelling promotional materials and display that enhance the in-store experience. * Collaborate with the digital marketer to ensure consistency across online and offline efforts
