Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionThe Internship - SHE and BCM will assist the SHE Manager who is responsible for overseeing the safety practices and compliance of the site, ensuring a safe environment for employees, contractors and visitors.Key competenciesStrong interpersonal, verbal communication, and written documentation skills.Key responsibilitiesWilling to assist in the areas of Safety, Health and Environment and Business Management Continuity on tasksLearn and practice basic day to day work or projects in a shared services environment.Engage in networking with colleagues from other business functions and Senior Management on best work practices.Discover within your own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.Delivering high levels of customer service to both internal or external stakeholdersPerforming other relevant support activities as and when required.Willing to do written documentations works as and when required.Willing to work in office environmentAny other jobs assigned by the SHE Manager.Mandatory skillsUndergraduate students from reputable universities in any relevant field (Business/Economic/Environmental are encouraged to apply, including but not limited to Safety, Health, and Environment.Available for a minimum period of 6 months.Good command of spoken and written English.Knowledge in using Microsoft applications such as Canva Word, Excel & PowerPointWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
