SAFETY AND SECURITY

Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards and security risks within the organization and its premises. Support the documentation and investigation of incidents or near-misses, helping to identify root causes and propose preventive measures. Help organize and facilitate safety training sessions, workshops, or awareness programs for staff, covering emergency response, workplace safety practices, and regulatory compliance. Assist in reviewing, updating, or developing safety and security policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations and best practices. Collaborate with the security team to monitor daily operations, including surveillance, access control, and visitor management. Support the development and testing of emergency response plans, including fire drills, evacuation protocols, and lockdown procedures. Provide general administrative support to the safety and security team, including record-keeping, documentation, and coordination of safety supplies and equipment.

: RM 500
