Requirements:

- Execute marketing and operational strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
- Manage partner and customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Assist with negotiations, discussions, and campaign sales to achieve targets.
- Support project administration tasks, including research and follow-up communications.
- Design engaging posts, ads, and messaging for digital and offline channels.
- Provide operational support across departments, including reporting and campaign execution.
- Adapt quickly to changes and prioritize tasks based on supervisor guidance.
- Proficient in Google Drive and MS Office for efficient task management.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa (Bahasa Indonesian is a plus!).
- Use own laptop for work tasks.
- Earn commission based on sales performance.
