Job Description
Requirements:
- A final year student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
- Information Technology or equivalent. Third years are welcomed to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Great analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solution driven, customer friendly personality, comfortable working with people at every level of the company
- Assist in analyzing and resolving software requests
- Managing the Request for Change (RfC) process
- Collaborate with internal experts worldwide to discover software solutions
- Contribute to the Quintiq software Knowledge Base (KB) with new findings
