Assist in the setup and breakdown of restaurant and banquet service areas
Greet guests and assist with seating and menu presentation
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver items promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, tables, and equipment
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Follow hotel procedures for billing and handling payments (if applicable)
Support buffet replenishment and food presentation during meal periods or events
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
Comply with food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related program
Interest in food and beverage operations and guest service
Basic communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, presentable, and professional demeanor
Able to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
