To assist inspection during QC process
To assist in warehousing related
To assist pig assembly prior delivery
To assist packaging the products prior delivery
To fill all records related to operation
Perform any tasks and responsibilities as and when required
Assist in preparing project documents, reports, and presentations.
Support the team in tracking project progress, schedules, and deliverables.
Help in coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Update and maintain project files, records, and databases.
Assist in preparing quotations, purchase requests, or related project documentation.
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to support project execution.
Participate in site visits or inspections (if required).
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager or supervisor.
To understand and involve to Health Safety Environment (HSE) and Quality Management System (QMS) policies
