To be able to learn or expose to SAP B1 i.e. create PR, Inventory transfer with supervision of superior. knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Possess good interpersonal skill and able to work independently

Store & Warehousing

To assist SCA or Storekeeper all store & warehouse activities (inventory matters). To assist SCA in the housekeeping store & warehouse. To assist SCA in managing all company stock or inventory including self-manufactured product and e-commerce product. To assist SCA to update production team when the stock reach minimum stock level. To assist SCA in maintaining in & out of the stock and update the stock card concurrently. To assist SCA to capture all the job code / project code / order number in all inventory document such as stock card, stock report, & etc. To assist SCA on daily store activity. To assist SCA on proper material receiving, perform material quantity inspection and store at designated area. To assist SCA in ensuring material receive or item receive from supplier according to the purchase order. To assist SCA in record keeping on the original supplier DO, Packing List and any other related document when receive item from supplier. To assist SCA in ensuring all casted polyurethane product go through conditioning process as requirement. To assist SCA in ensuring batch numbering on Polyurethane product is carried out. ? To assist SCA in maintaining all the record to ensure traceability. To assist SCA in ensuring the store & warehouse in organize condition and proper labelling. To adhere to Health Safety Environment (HSE) and to learn and expose to Quality Management System (QMS) policies. To assist SCD during in Stock take / Audit.

Logistic & Forwarding

To assist on the arrangement of the delivery of the product of the company To assist Superior liaising with forwarder or logistic company in the absent of Supervisor or SCA during delivery of Products. EESB-HR-0007 Rev Date 10 22/04/2024 Page 2 of 2 Packaging, To assist the team in packaging process until item ready for collection for in-house product. Assist in product assembly (delivery) whenever required. Assist on any other task instructed by the supervisor and management.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
