Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine site maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with telemetry systems, including diagnosing faults and implementing corrective actions. Conduct maintenance and repairs on field instruments, including calibration, adjustment, and replacement of components. Respond to field service requests and provide technical support as required. Monitor and analyze system performance to identify potential issues before they become critical. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and system changes. Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability and performance. Assist in commissioning and training for equipment purchased by customers. Participate in field data collection and other assigned projects. Support Project Operation Supervisors in daily tasks. Carry out other relevant duties as assigned by the Sales/Project Managers.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Interest in handling environmental instrumentation and equipment (experience is a plus). Passionate about fieldwork and hands-on learning. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel for field assignments. Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
