To promote friendly and highest standard of customer service to all visitors.
Perform ticketing functions and promote latest promotions to visitors.
Respond to emergency situations effectively and report any collisions and accidents to Manager in a timely manner
Assist and communicate to resolve customer complaints.
Provide information about rides and attractions, rules and regulations.
Ensure compliance to operating guidelines.
Participate and assist in events.
Other ad-hoc job as assigned by superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Hospitality/Travel / Tourism/ Event Management or ANY equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in i-City at Shah Alam.
Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holidays and overtime.
Willingness to work on afternoon shift (3pm - 11pm / 12am)
