We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Cold Calling Intern

to support our business development team in the logistics sector. This role provides hands-on experience in customer outreach, lead generation, and communication within a fast-paced industry. The intern will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, introducing our services, and assisting in building a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the logistics and supply chain industry. Introduce company services, explain value propositions, and gather initial customer interest. Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions in CRM systems. Schedule appointments or forward qualified leads to the sales team. o Assist in market research to identify potential customers and industry trends. Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve outreach strategies. Support the sales and business development team with administrative tasks as required. Requirements Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages such as Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage). Confident, polite, and professional phone manner. Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated. Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or transportation industry preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
