1. Data Entry and Management: Enter and maintain accurate candidate information in our recruitment database, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible for the team.
2. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, organizing events, and handling candidate correspondence.
3. Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through online platforms, social media, and employee referrals, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
4. Documentation Preparation: Prepare necessary documentation for the HR process, such as job descriptions, offer letters, and onboarding materials, ensuring all paperwork is complete and compliant with company policies.
5. Information Preparation and Dissemination: Compile and prepare information for various meetings
