JOB RESPONSIBLITIES:
As a Procurement Intern, you will assist the team with various tasks across the procurement lifecycle. Your primary duties will include:
Assist in researching and evaluating potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and capability.
Support the creation and processing of purchase orders and requisitions.
Sit in on and support contract negotiations to learn how to secure the best value.
Collaborate with the warehousing team to help maintain accurate inventory records.
Maintain accurate and organized procurement records, contracts, and other documentation.
Help track key procurement metrics (e.g., cost savings, supplier performance) and gather data for reports.
Conduct basic market analysis to help the team stay informed about industry trends and pricing.
Assist in ensuring all purchased goods meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
Support the team in addressing and resolving any quality issues with suppliers in a timely manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
A proactive attitude, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
