Job description Looking for candidates with high level of English with Mandarin or English with Cantonese language proficiency. FULLY WORK FROM HOME !!! Join us on 12th June, Be entitled to get RM 5000 as a signing bonus. Responsibilities:

• Convey proper and accurate meaning from the source with proper clarity, tone, syntax and grammar
• for both English and Cantonese/ Mandarin.
• The calls may involve simple or complex, non-technical or technical subjects in Healthcare,
• Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law
• Enforcement and General Business.
• Interpret with the highest degree of accuracy and completeness in consecutive, simultaneous and
• sight translation modes.
• Perform other task as assigned Customer Support (English & Mandarin).

Requirements:

• Within the age group of 18 \xe2\x80\x93 60 years old (Freshers & retirees are most welcomed too).
• Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an addedadvantage but not necessary.
• Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively & social media savvy.
• Candidate needs to be able to work in Rotational Shift, 80% of the roster is on Night Shift supporting the USmarket
• High Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese + English (verbal, written & comprehension skills)
