• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, any field.
• Possess own transport (Car) with valid driving license and willing to travel outstations extensively.
• Minimum 1 year working experiences in Retail/Wholesale Marketing & Operation environment
• Adequate analytical skills - able to analyze outlet performance, evaluate options and develop solutions
• Result-driven, good communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good computer proficiency of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point applications to produce reports/presentations.
• Adaptable to changes and innovations
• Integrity, Reliability, Capability, Good Attitude

Tanggungjawab

• Perform store operation audit by visiting oulets on cycle basis to assess controls, operational efficiencies and compliance with all company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Prepares audit report for visited outlets by highlighting significant control weaknesses on area in-charged which resulting from outlets, in order to evaluate and improve the operation of cost center.
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
• Report to HQ (Puchong); Willing to travel to our outlets in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka, Johor, Terengganu, Perak, Pahang, Sabah
• Investigates the discrepancies and initiates corrective actions
• Data entry & data analysis stock adjustment to ensure accuracy of inventory data
• Coordinating with the sales and delivery teams and verifying records with stock in hand
• Visit the respective outlets to perform compliance checks and implement procedures for daily, weekly, or monthly outlet operation.
• To monitor and work with internal stakeholders to ensure various business licenses and permits at outlets required by local authorities are renewed on time.
