1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the SQL system.
2. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
3. Ensure sufficient stock levels to support production or sales requirements.
4. Coordinate with store/warehouse team for proper storage, labelling, and stock arrangement.
5. Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and quality issues.
6. Communicate with suppliers on delivery discrepancies, defective goods, or late deliveries.
7. Ensure all purchasing and inventory activities comply with company policies and procedures.
8. Carry out any other duties assigned by the superior related to inventory and purchasing operations.
