Working Location : Boon Lay Way, Singapore
Working Hours: 830am ~530pm, (Mon ~Fri), 830am ~ 1230pm (Sat)
Salary Range : Basic ($ 1,500~ $2,500) + Allowance ($100)

:
- To perform store functions to ensure the efficient and effective of logistic support to meet yard\xe2\x80\x99s overseas /local parts needs.
- Receiving of local incoming items, check goods received against documentation and condition of goods and storage.
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods / items to assigned locations/countries.
- Perform inventory cycle count and stocktaking duties.
- Perform stock data (Taskhub) entry works whenever necessary.
- Record inventory movement, generate and analyse monthly inventory status.
- Follow up on Inventory stock updating, closing & auditing for monthly accuracy.
- Filling/checking of inventory documents, shipping documents, local invoices.
- Receiving of import/export shipment and transferred into stock list.
- Keeping track of inventory spares movements.
- Organising and overseeing inventory department.
- Compile reports on various aspects of changes in locations, groups or inventory numbers.
- Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred in-between local work sites.
- Prepare ordering list, receive and track merchandise.
- Ensure proper scheduling, recordkeeping, and inventory control for spare parts.
- Issuing PO/PR for local purchases with in-house computerized system.
- Compiling Supplier Invoice, Delivery Order and Purchase Order.
- Keeping track of Yard\xe2\x80\x99s weekly purchase expenses and monthly spares/repair provisions.
- Procurement on spare part to suite in yard operation.
- Read and interpret stock cards used for stock/inventory record maintenance and reorder as required
1.GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 Level or equivalent or Diploma In logistics and Supply Chain Management. 2. 2-3 years of working experience in the logistics environment.
3.Must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, and must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment.
