Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our Warehouse and Logistics Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure accurate inventory management, resolve discrepancies, and support timely material delivery to our manufacturing operations.Let's Talk About the Role:Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records across all warehouses in Malaysia, ensuring stock levels align with production needs.Discrepancy Resolution: Partner with 3PL warehouse personnel to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Inventory Planning: Generate inventory replenishment reports to ensure on-time material delivery according to production schedules.Collaboration: Work with the global inventory control team to update and sustain inventory control procedures aligned with company objectives.System Adjustments: Perform system-based inventory adjustments, including stock requests, returns, and standardizations, to maintain record accuracy.Cycle Counts: Conduct regular stock checks, generate cycle count and observation reports, and escalate issues to the Warehouse Management Team as required.Policy Compliance: Manage requests for new sub-inventory or locators, ensuring compliance with company policies.Let's Talk About Qualifications and Experience:Required:Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics Management or a related field.Preferred:At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related role.Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and basic Macro programming.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.Why Join Us?Play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless inventory operations.Collaborate with a supportive team and global partners.Contribute to a high-performing and innovative manufacturing environment.Joining us is more than saying xe2x80x9cyesxe2x80x9d to making the world a healthier place.
