Key Accountabilities



To generate shipping documents and PGI into system on time.

Record into Dock Cut Spreadsheet for the items which have amended

Fax Loading Summary to CP Spore

To Generate the Custom Form for Spore on time

File all the Shipping Documents. ( Esat Malaysia , Export , Spore and Co- Packing

To ensure blind count counts are conducted timely and accurately and counter check vs Import PO.

Print Label for import Shipment and pass to operation team .

To other Job assigned from time to time

To ensure overtime is controlled within the agreed limit

To measure and monitor LEAN activity within the department Ensure ISO standards procedures are adhered at all times.



Duties



To ensure 5s concept is practiced and implemented under your responsibility.

To facilitate and support towards kaizen approach in the warehouse and office.

To support other operation functions from time to time.



Education and Experience



At least SPM or Diploma in any field

Preferred 2 years' experience in related Function, advantages if with FMCG warehousing and distribution and related services.

Must have basic computer knowledge and basic MS Office applications e.g. Word, Excel & Power point

Familiar with the SAP / WMS system



Languages and Communication Skills



Malay

English

Good communication skills.



Computer Skills



Microsofts office (Words, Power Point & Excel)
