Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Count, verify, and record incoming & outgoing merchandise or materials to maintain accurate inventory records.

Order Packing:

Pack items based on order sheets, ensuring items are securely packaged for shipment, including orders for Lazada, Shopee, TikTok, & online orders.

Shipping & Receiving:

Prepare shipments for delivery by affixing shipping labels, packing slips, & other necessary documents. Receive incoming shipments, inspecting for damages & any differences.

Warehouse Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean & organized warehouse environment by sweeping floors, cleaning aisles, & disposing of packaging materials.

Assistance with Stocking:

Restock shelves with incoming inventories, ensuring items are properly labeled & stored in designated locations.

Quality Control:

Inspect products for defects or damage during the receiving & shipping process, reporting any issues to the Assistant Head of Retail & Logistic.

Space Utilization &

Organization:

Support efforts to optimize warehouse space utilization by organizing inventory storage areas efficiently.

Product Scanning:

Scan DUA beauty products IN & OUT using designated scanning equipment or software.

Monthly Stock Count:

Conduct monthly stock counts for Lash, Wax, & DUA products to reconcile inventory records & identify discrepancies.

Handling Logistic Assistant & Company's Janitor:

Provide support & assistance to the Logistic Assistant, & cleaning staff as needed.

Replenish HQ Pantry Supplies:

Ensure the pantry is well-stocked by replenishing coffee machine supplies, tissues, biscuits, & cutleries as needed on a daily & weekly basis.

Ad-Hoc Task:

Perform any other ad-hoc duties as directed from the Immediate Superior from time to time.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
