; - To maintain adequate stock levels, re-order all necessary stock items when reach the re-order level. - Receive, check and inspect parts and equipment supplied according to Purchase Order with good quality and right quantity. - To ensure Good Receive Note (GRN) are update on time. - To perform physical, stocktake as directed on time in System. - To ensure New Stock Items are update on time in System. - To ensure the delivery of spare parts to respected hospital on time with the right quantity. - To ensure propose filing on store records. - Ensure the store area is in a good and clean condition at all times. - Carry out and execute all instructions from the Management from time to time. - To perform general cleaning in the store. Requirements; - At least Diploma in Logistics or any equivalent qualification. - Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply. - Min 1 year experience as a Store Keeper. - Have strong interpersonal skill and responsible for the tasks given. - Able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office software. - Able to work as a team.
