Inventory Executive

Job Description
- Handle system update document and managing stock card for showroom and roadshow.
- Preparing monthly reconcile reporting showroom and roadshow.
- Extract inventory data from system to prepare purchase and sales forecasting report to management review.
- Produce and maintain appropriate records with all necessary reports.
- Checking stock movement and ensure no variance on product transfer.
- Supervise and coach the junior team member when required.
- Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent educational qualification.
- At least 1 years of experience in retail industry and handle promoter.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting skills. (Skill VLook and Pivot must have)
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles related to inventory management.
