Job Description


Manage sales order and issue invoice to customers by all necessary means. You may also need to check the stocks and review the invoices to identify any errors before invoice delivery. Compile and maintain documents and records of all billing. Process and monitor bills related credit notes if need. Update customers\' database, maintain item records and handle billing inquiries from the customers. Menyemak barang-barang jualan bersama inbois supaya semuanya betul sebelum dihantar keluar. Menyimpan semua dokumen dalam turutan dan menyediakan credit note jika perlu. Kemas kini data pelanggan, uruskan rekod produk dan menjawab pangilan pelanggan.
